The centerpiece of the Energy Services South safety program is the PREVENT System – a collection of tools that are designed to integrate safe work practices into every step of our work
This proprietary program puts visual and practical teaching tools into the hands of each employee throughout the entire company.
The program utilizes elements of behavioral and performance-based systems that encourage a questioning attitude. Each employee is allowed to provide functional solutions to situations encountered during each real-life task execution.

The PREVENT System is presented to our entire staff at new-employee orientations, and at various times throughout their career at ESS.
Whether a refresher course is needed, or if we are providing on the spot training for new employees, PREVENT is an excellent Energy Services South companywide safety tool.
